In the US last year, both Diet Pepsi Max (high in caffeine) and Diet Coke Plus (a vitamin-enhanced cola) were released.

In the UK however, Pepsi have just launched Pepsi Raw - a new cola based on “all natural ingredients”.

Quick and Tasty Salad Idea

Romaine, spinach, feta cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette (organic soy free dressing). I “borrowed” this idea from a restaurant I used to work at many moons ago and changed it up a teeny bit. They use carmelized walnuts now and I’m not fond of that sweet taste with this salad. But anyhoo, it’s a great Warrior Diet salad.

mmm summer’s coming so it’s time for me to get serious. — blogging the pounds away. hmmm. i read that in People today.  so this is day one of the healthy healthy life. and this is my little healthy journal. reminnnd me to WRITE in it!

so here we go:

goal: 10 lbs by April 1st.- starting weight: hah!

  • breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit
  • snack: 1 piece of sugar free bubble gum
  • lunch: 1 pear
  • snack: apple cinnamon granola bar, spoonful yogurt & lite popcorn
  • dinner: leannn little steak & greek salad
  • dessert: 1 cup strawberries & cream yogurt

water: 3L

exercise:

  • 35 minute pilates
  • 1 hr. at the gym.

hey everyone, i want to lose body fat by 1 lbs x week, but at the same time grow muscle. i know the whole surplus/deficit with calories, but what if i just keep the diet i have now, and cut my total daily carb intake by 50%, while keeping protein intake the same as it is now? i thought, cardio 3x week, 2 days slow jog, 1 day interval training.. how’s that?
